- I'm married 20 years and have 4 wonderfully insane (no idea where they get THAT from)children. Three boys ages 19, 17 and 5 and one girl, age 13. I write romances, any kind of romances with the exception of historicals (ironic since I adore history) and sci-fi, although I do write paranormal. I know what you're going to ask, no I'm not published, but I will be and one day soon!

The promoting will interfere but it's worth it. If people don't know you exist they can't read your work.
Besides it won't stop you from creating, not you. You've got many wonderful stories swirling around in that head of yours. :)
